At the New York premiere of ‘Transformers: Dark of the Moon,’ Shia LaBeouf reveals that he likes being in the action franchise as he can ‘act less.’ He also gives the low down on his sexy new cast-mate Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

“Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon,” filmed just under one year ago in Chicago with the appearance of a destroyed Michigan Avenue, opens today.

Reviews range from phenomenal special effects, to special effects that cause a throbbing headache and nausea to a one-star from Roger Ebert.

[Transformers] “is a visually ugly film with an incoherent plot, wooden characters and inane dialog … It provided me with one of the more unpleasant experiences I’ve had at the movies.”
— Roger Ebert
