Girls’ Report: Suspicious Male Followed Them from Movie Theater

Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:30 p.m. Thursday that a suspicious male followed to girls from the movie theater in downtown Arlington Heights. Police received a report that two girls stopped at a house in the 400 block of North Evergreen Avenue to ask the homeowner to call police because a man was following them.

Police told the girls to wait at the house in the 400 block of North Evergreen Avenue. The suspicious man was described as a male/unknown in his 20’s wearing all black, including a hooded jacket, and a ski mask. The man was last seen near St. John United Church of Christ in the 300 block of North Evergreen Avenue.

Police drove the girls home and searched the area.
