Vehicle Burglary Count Near Gettysburg, Ridge, Ladd Rises from 2 to 11; A Stolen Auto, Too

Arlington Heights police received a report about 7:00 a.m. Tuesday of a burglary to two vehicles in driveway in the 800 block of Gettysburg Drive. In another neighborhood, one-half mile east of the vehicle burglaries, a stolen auto was reported about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police received a report that a blue 1999 Honda Civic was reported stolen overnight. The vehicle was not in the official ‘repo’ tow list for the night. The stolen auto was an initial report and was not confirmed.
