Hasbrook Park: Man Hugging a Tree and Staring

Arlington Heights police received a report about 7:35 p.m. Thursday of a man hugging a tree and staring at a citizen passing through the park.

The man was described as wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans, standing between a tree and a fence near the pond. Police arrived for an area check. No word on contact with the suspicious male.


Police also had a vagrant complaint earlier about 11:10 p.m. Thursday for a report of a 40-year-old male that walked inside the Jimmy D’s bar and started harassing customers.
