Arlington Heights police responded just after 3:25 AM Saturday to a report of an intoxicated subject in the 400 block of West Miner Street. Police received a report that an intoxicated subject was sleeping and fighting with a cab driver. Basically the cab customer wouldn’t pay for fare and get out of the cab. No word on any arrest.
