TEAM TEAM TEAM- A LIFE LESSON LEARNED FROM BEARS?

#ad▼

Dear Ask Paul B Sports Readers,

Did you ever think that you, your kids, parents, co-workers and employees could learn ANYTHING from a bunch of Big Burly Bruising Bears?

I just realized that we all can! Consider that most Americans will either work or have a life partner one day, and that includes just about everyone.

We will be engaged daily in activities that support one another either on the “job” or at home (also on the job.) We will be asked to negotiate for ourselves involving clients, associates, competitors and other various “players.” I have always known that life is a series of events involving positioning,
gathering information, interpreting that information, decision making, and asking other “teammates” when it is appropriate. This is all considered team-work, right? You have to know that you must give a little (info) to get a little (info.) It’s how we grow, learn and expand our minds with knowlege.

Just watch how the Chicago Bears have been winning football games. It is not just one player that wins the game, but all players playing with one goal in mind- get to the goal line or prevent the opposition from the same. I love teamwork on any scale, in the office, at your home with your wife and kids,
or on the gridiron. Great teamwork is poetry in motion, a pleasure to see how all parts come together to achieve success. Share this with those who you love and care about. We can all appreciate how teamwork is demonstrated through our great cities sports franchises. Your kids should embrace this for their
own benefit and growth. Go Sox, Bears, Bulls, Wolves, Hawks, Cubs, and Fire! We are not only watching you, we are learning too!
