‘Social Network’ Best Drama and More at Golden Globes

The Social Network’ producer Scott Rudin, Colin Firth, Natalie Portman, Paul Giamatti, Annette Bening all reveal how it feels to beat the competition and win a Golden Globe. While Robert De Niro explains why he’s already broken his award.

‘Social Network’ the movie about the founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, won Best Drama, Best Director (David Fincher), Best Screenplay (Aaron Sorkin), Best Score (Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross).

Best Actor Drama Motion Picture Drama went to Colin Firth as King George VI character in The King’s Speech.

Best Actress Drama Motion Picture Drama went to Natalie Portman as Nina Sayers in Black Swan.

Oscar nominations will be announced January 25, 2011, and the Academy Awards is scheduled for February 27, 2011.

“Toy Story 3,” the top-grossing film released last year and the second sequel to “Toy Story (1995)” won the Globe for animated films. Disney’s Pixar Animation unit is five-for-five in the category since it was added in 2006. Past Pixar winners include “Up,” ”WALL-E,” ”Ratatouille” and “Cars.”
