Wheeling police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:30 PM Friday to a report of a house fire in the 100 block of of West Manchester Drive Police arrived first and reported a house fully-involved with fire.
Firefighters arrived and immediately called for mutual aid from Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, and Prospect Heights fire departments.
Police evacuated both homes on either side of the fully-involved house fire.
