Arlington Heights police received a report about 5:55 p.m. Wednesday that a handicapped placard was stolen from a motorcycle in a parking lot at 1020 South Arlington Heights Road. The handicapped placard was reported stolen from Harley Davidson between 5:40 p.m. and 5:55 p.m. Wednesday.
