Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:40 a.m. Thursday of a residential burglary in the 100 block of North Waterman. A back door to the residence was discovered wide open. Vehicles on the driveway may also have been forcibly entered. Arlington Heights police are investigating.
Apparently no burglary occurred. Only a door was found not secured. Police investigated and found no burglary had occurred.
