Toledo, Ohio Shootout: Route 66 Kitchen Bar & Grill Gunfight Captured on Video

Toledo Police released surveillance video that captured a fight that became a shootout that lasted about three minutes on Thursday, October 8, 2009. Seventeen shell casings were found at the scene of the Route 66 Kitchen after the gunfight. Multiple cameras captured shooting inside the bar — including under a pool table — and outside. The video camera outside captured a black/male firing a gun toward the inside of the establishment.

Surprisingly, there were no injuries reported in the gunfight.

The fight began after a bar employee asked a man to leave when he was suspected of selling marijuana inside the establishment.

A manhunt for five males is underway.

Suspect One is a black/male, 5′ 11″, 240 lbs, wearing blue jeans and a plaid light blue shirt.
Suspect Two is a black/male, 5′ 9″, 150 lbs, wearing sweatpants and a red hooded sweatshirt
Suspect Three is a black/male, 5′ 11″, 175 lbs, wearing a black hat, gray sweatpants and a gray sweatshirt
Suspect Four is a black/male, 5′ 7″, 150 lbs, wearing a black hat, black pants, and a gray hooded sweatshirt
Suspect Five is a black/male, 5′ 11″, 300 lbs, wearing light pants and a white collared shirt

Toledo Police Department is asking that people with information about the shootout call Crime Stoppers at (419) 255-1111.
