Arlington Heights police received a report about 7:50 p.m. Wednesday of several youths sitting on the roof of the skywalk between the Avalon Properties Apartments and the Evergreen Parking Garage at 200 North Arlington Heights Road. The youths were reported to be throwing things on people walking below the skywalk. This is a repeated problem.
