Arlington Heights Man Arrested for Capturing Motion and Still Images of Women at Frontier Days, Fourth of July Parade

An Arlington Heights plainclothes officer observed Timothy J. Hoeppner, 47, of 811 N. Highland Avenue capturing video and still frame images of women after a visitor at Frontier Days called police reporting that he saw the man pretend to adjust his sandals and photograph upskirt pictures of women. Hoeppner was arrested and his camera confiscated on July 4 after police also spotted the man taking photographs up women’s skirts. Images captured at Frontier Days and at the Fourth of July parade were found on the camera. Hoeppner also confessed to the charges.
