Schaumburg police responded about 6:57 PM Monday November 6, 2017 to a bank robbery at 2501 West Schaumburg Road Schaumburg, IL. Police received a report that a man robbed the TCF bank inside the Jewel-Osco store.
The offender was described as a male/white, age 45-50, 5’10” to 6’0″ tall, 180 LBS tall, partially unshaven with light beard growth. The offender was also wearing glasses with narrow rectangle-shaped lenses in gold frames, a dark hooded, zip-up jacket, black gloves, blue jeans and white gym shoes.
The offender was last seen on foot.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of a man who robbed a Schaumburg bank Monday evening.
In a previous article, which has been corrected, the offender was incorrectly described as a male/black suspect (The Cardinal Bank Robbery at TCF Bank at Jewel-Osco on West Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg).
Anyone with information about the bank robbery is urged to call the FBI’s Chicago Field Office at 312-421-6700.
