Prospect Heights police responded about 8:19 AM Tuesday October 17, 2017 to a fleeing and eluding case, Milwaukee Avenue and Apple Drive Prospect Heights, IL. Prospect Heights police alerted area police departments that a driver fled police from the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Apple Drive, just south of Palatine Road and Milwaukee and just south of Chicago Executive Airport.
Wanted for fleeing and eluding is the driver of a black Dodge Avenger, described as a male/black subject, age 20, with short hair.
The black Dodge Avenger was last seen near Palatine Road/Willow Road and Sanders Road, about one mile from the attempted traffic stop.
The reason for the traffic stop was unknown.
