Murder Suicide, 1 Wounded on Golfview Drive, Glendale Heights

Glendale Heights police responded about 8:30 p.m. Saturday September 23, 2017 to a report of a disturbance inside a townhouse in the block of 1400 Golfview Drive.

Upon arrival, police found two people dead and third person injured with a gunshot wound after a shooting that just occurred.

Police found Jonathan Frandsen dead of multiple gunshot wounds. Matthew Rose, was pronounced dead at the scene from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said.

A woman who lives at the home, Michelle Vollman, was found shot with multiple gunshot wounds, but conscious and breathing. Michelle Vollman was transported to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. Her gunshot wounds did not initially appear to be life-threatening.

Police continue to investigate the shooting in conjunction with the DuPage County coroner’s office and the DuPage County Major Crimes Task Force.
