Record high 93°F for Sept. 24, 2017 Marks 5th Consecutive Record High

Today, Sunday September 24, 2017 Chicago’s official National Weather Service station recorded the fifth consecutive day record high temperature at 93°F, breaking a record set in 1891.

A sixth consecutive record could be broken tomorrow. Monday’s forecast high is 90°F, which is the existing record high set September 25, 1933.
