An unnamed private investor purchased the Wheeling property for about $2.4 million.
Marcus & Millichap in Oakbrook Terrace, the commercial real estate firm that listed the property, specified the restaurant building is 227,685-square-feet.
Pete Miller’s Evanston location at 1557 Sherman Avenue is still open.
