Saturn, Mars and Antares will move closer together toward the end of August in the southeast sky about 9:30 p.m.
Lyra, the small harp, is high in the sky is high in late summer. Look for the bright star Vega with the parallelogram of stars just to the right and below. Also, you can find the bright summer stars of Deneb, Vega and Altair.
The Perseid meteor shower peaks August 12-13, 2016. The meteors are most visible during the early morning hours.
