Funeral Procession Honors Fallen Washington Firefighters; Boiling Mud

Hundreds lined the streets at a four-mile procession of honor recognizing three Washington firefighters killed battling wildfires last week.

Three firefighters died in north-central Washington state on Wednesday. The US Forest Service says their vehicle crashed, and the fire apparently caught up with them.

Three firefighters were killed yesterday in Washington state wildland fire near Twisp, WA. The deaths came as a fast moving fire overtook their vehicle. Burnt out areas had boiling mud.
