Chicagoland weather radar is all clear at about 11:20 a.m. Next chance for snow is about noon Tuesday lasting through the night until Wednesday morning with an accumulation of 3-4 inches.
Satellite images show much of Illinois has cloud cover, but mixed clouds/clear skies exist over northeast Illinois and Wisconsin near the lake shore. Any clouds are expected to decrease today with mostly clear conditions overnight.

High of 15 degrees is expected today with temperatures taking a dive to -7 degrees by 6:00 a.m. with the lack of cloud cover. No serious wind chill with calm conditions overnight. High Tuesday looks to be somewhere between 17 and 24 degrees.
Next chance for winds are Tuesday with gusty northeast winds 20 MPH to 25 MPH expected to start up around 5:00 p.m. and last until abot 3:00 p.m. Wednesday.
