Chicagoland weather radar [LIVE RADAR] shows some light precipitation moving east-to-west across Central Illinois. Precipitation is expected to start in the northwest suburbs about 6:00 p.m. and last through 11:00 p.m. Tuesday. About 0.10 inch rainfall is expected.
Satellite images show clouds over most of the Midwest and all of Illinois. Cloudy conditions are expected through Wednesday.
Gradual warming trend expected with high 41 degrees today and high 50 degrees on Wednesday, but an arctic blast arrives Thursday andFriday with a low of 17 on Thursday night, a low of 11 Friday night and a high of only 22 degrees on Saturday.
