Schaumburg police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:15 AM Saturday to a report of a car vs house crash in the block of 500 North Salem Drive Schaumburg, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a man got out of his vehicle on his own and was walking away from the vehicle after crashing into a house. Police and firefighters received a report that the car was in the house, but the vehicle only damaged the garage door. No structural damage occurred to the house.
There is a bend in the roadway in the area of the crash.
