Criminal Damage to Vehicle on East Lillian Avenue, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report on Friday of criminal damage to vehicle in the block of 100 East Lillian Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders criminally damaged a beige 1993 Lexus SC 300 in a condominium parking lot.

The owner of the vehicle came out to her car and discovered a puddle of fluids. She then noticed that the brakes of the vehicle weren’t working

After inspection of the brake line, it was discovered that the brake line had been crimped.

The victim also discovered that the passenger door handle was not working.

The crime is reported to have occurred between August 25, 2013 and September 10, 2013.
