Peeping Tom on East Algonquin Tuesday Night, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 10:45 PM Tuesday to a report of disorderly conduct in the block of 700 East Algonquin Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that a witness observed the offender looking in the sliding glass patio doors of a ground level condominium. The offender left once but returned quickly. He eventually left and could not be located. The residents did not see or hear the subject as they were watching TV.

The offender was described as a male/white in his mid-20s, 5’10” to 6’0″ 150-160 LBS, with dark, messy hair. He was also described as being not clean shaven, and wearing a black shirt and dark jeans.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 about 10:45 p.m.
