Arlington Heights police responded about 4:08 p.m. Saturday, November 8, 2025 to a report of a retail theft at Ulta Beauty, 13 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. An Ulta employee reported that an unknown female subject stole makeup products valued at $6,100.
The female suspect was described as an Asian female, 20-30 years old, with blonde hair, wearing a purple sweater, blue jeans, and carrying a black purse.
She was accompanied by an Asian male, 20-30 years old, with a thin build, wearing a sweater, black gloves, and white/gray jogger-style pants.
There was no vehicle description connected to the suspect or accomplice.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 4:08 p.m.
