Police, firefighters and paramedics from Rolling Meadows responded about 7:30 a.m. Saturday, September 20, 2025 to a report of a disturbance at Kirchoff Road and Meadow Drive in Rolling Meadows. A witness reported that a naked male adult was standing in the roadway while punching at passing traffic. After undressing near the intersection, he began to punch at passing vehicles. He was standing and sitting at times in the eastbound lanes of Kirchoff Road near Meadow Drive. Police used a taser on the male adult, and he was taken into custody and transported to Northwest Community Hospital. Initially, the application of any charges was unknown.
