Street Robbery When Victim Was Stopped in Traffic at Windsor Drive and Dryden Avenue, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 5:48 PM Wednesday August 13, 2025 to a robbery at Windsor Drive and Dryden Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report from a robbery victim who said that while he was driving his silver Toyota, the driver of a white Ford F-150 with blue racing stripes cut him off. The victim stopped his car, and then two occupants exited the Ford pickup truck, approached the victim’s car, opened the door and stole the victim’s satchel which contained approximately $5,000.00 cash.

Both occupants were described as
Hispanic males, 20-25 years old, wearing black t-shirts and black athletic pants with curly black hair.

Initially, police did not indicate whether or not the victim could have known the offenders, or whether he could have been followed from a business or some type of transaction.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 5:47 PM.
