Former Arlington High School staff and alumni are welcome to commemorate a major milestone with former AHS athletic director and legend Russ Attis for a celebration of his 90th birthday with a reception at Arlington High School (now Christian Liberty Academy) on August 10, 2013 from 10am until noon.

A letter directed to staff and alumni via social media and direct email announces that “festivities will take place in the faculty break room located in the hallway that borders the south wall of Grace Gymnasium where you will have an opportunity to say hello to the spry young man and catch up with old classmates. There will be a cake cutting ceremony at 11:00 am along with a guest speaker. Afterward there will be an opportunity to tour the school so plan on taking a few extra minutes for a leisurely stroll down memory lane. There is no charge for the event; just your time and good wishes so we hope to see you on August 10. Please park in the Christian Liberty Faculty lot at the northeast intersection of Euclid & Walnut and enter the building through the southernmost doorway on Walnut. Greeters will be there to escort you to the reception room. For additional details please visit www.arlingtoncards.com.”
