Mount Prospect police responded about 5:29 PM Monday to a report of a residential burglary in the block of 800 Golfview Dr Mount Prospect, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders threw a brick through a back window and ransacked the house. The resident did not go through the entire house before police arrived.
Police checked the house, and no offenders remained in the house.
