Illinois State Police troopers and police, firefighters, and paramedics from Chicago responded about 1:25 p.m. Wednesday February 5, 2020 to injuries after a crash that involved fleeing and eluding on southbound I-90E near Armitage Ave.
Police were possibly in pursuit of a red Ford SUV. The suspect was in custody by 1:37 p.m. There is a large amount of police activity on Fullerton Avenue under I-90.
