Residential Burglary on Lake Shore Circle, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:00 PM Monday of a residential burglary in the 2100 block of Lake Shore Circle, just east of Lake Arlington Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders pried open the rear patio doors and a rear window before entering the residence. It appears the offender(s) searched the master bedroom, dining room and living room. Several empty jewelry boxes were found on the floor and something appeared to have been removed from the dining room cabinet. The resident owner was contacted by telephone and he believes a sterling silverware set and an unknown amount of jewelry was taken. A neighbor discovered the burglary.

The crime is reported to have occurred between 01/05 at noon and 01/07 at 3:00pm.
