Hoffman Estates police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 8:02 AM Tuesday June 18, 2019 to a report of vehicle vs pedestrian incident on northbound Sutton Road, just south of Interstate 90, 42.064009, -88.193381 (Sutton Rd and I-90 Hoffman Estates, Il). Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a crash involving a pedestrian with multiple vehicles involved in the center lane northbound Sutton Road just south of I-90. Northbound Sutton Road was backed up to Golf Rd by 8:10 a.m.
Hoffman Estates transported one patient to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.
Initially it was unknown whether a vehicle vs vehicle crash also occurred at this scene.
The incident was also reported on Waze.
