Burglars Hit Another Foreclosed Home on East Fremont St, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:10 PM Monday of a residential burglary in the 1200 block of East Fremont Street. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders forced open the basement door on a foreclosed home and removed the washer/dryer, stove and some food items. The value of the items is unknown.

The crime is reported to have occurred between Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. and Monday, December 24, 2012 at 8:00 p.m.

A similar crime was reported at a foreclosed home in the 900 block of North Hickory Avenue less than one mile away — reported to have occurred between Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 6:15 p.m .and Sunday, December 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m..
