Arlington Heights police received a report about 7:01 PM Friday April 5, 2019 of a theft at license plate from vehicle at Hickory Avenue and Kensington Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders took the rear license plate off the victim’s vehicle while the vehicle was parked legally in the roadway.
