Six Flags Great America to Debut Wi-Fi, New Maxx Force Roller Coaster

Six Flags Great America opens April 19, 2019; new coaster — Maxx Force will open later in the season.

Maxx Force won’t be ready in time for opening day, but it’s due to open later this summer. Maxx Force will go from zero to 78 miles an hour in under two seconds, and take riders upside down five times.

Maxx Force is a steel roller coaster, 175 feet tall with 2 trains, 4 cars each. Riders are seated 2X2 in each car for a total of 16 riders per train.

Six Flags is also adding Wi-Fi in the park in early May. The park opens for select dates on April 19, 2019.
