Arlington Town Square is getting new rooftop HVAC equipment, which means a large crane will be working on Evergreen Avenue Near Sigwalt Street. The large crane will be operating from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2019.
The south end of Evergreen avenue, between Campbell Street Sigwalt Street, will be closed.
Arlington Town Square, including the condominiums, the CMX Arlington Heights theaters, and retail will only be accessible on Evergreen Avenue from the north at Campbell Street.
Also, Evergreen Plaza will only be accessible from Dunton Avenue, and Bentley’s Pet Stuff and Threading Trends may only be accessible from their rear parking lot of off Sigwalt Street.
