Arlington Heights police received a report about 5:46 AM Friday November 16, 2018 of theft of tires and rims at Arlington Lexus, 1510 West Dundee Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders removed numerous wheels (including tires and rims) from new cars parked in the new car inventory lot. During the theft, several vehicles sustained damage. The combined loss between the damage and theft was estimated at $44,000.00.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 10:00 PM and Friday, November 16, 2018 at 5:45 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 7:45 (hours: minutes).
