Car Into Strip Mall, on Serious Injuries on North Salem Drive, Schaumburg

Schaumburg police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:45 AM Saturday of a vehicle into a business at a hair salon at a strip mall at 1085 North Salem Drive. Firefighters received a report that the driver was out of the vehicle and walking. Firefighter/paramedics reported there is no structural damage to the building. The car was entirely in the business after breaking a glass pane about 6 feet by 5 feet.

The female driver was transported to St. Alexius Hospital in Hoffman Estates.
