Theft of Vodka Bottle Hidden in Pants at Golf Liquors on East Golf Rd, Arlington Heights

Police received a report of retail theft at Golf Liquors on Tuesday, December 4, 2012. A male/Hispanic subject, 25-30 years-old, wearing a black jacket and blue cap, removed one bottle of Ciroc Peach Vodka (valued at $42.48) from the shelf and put it down his pants. He purchased some beer before leaving without paying for the vodka. The theft was discovered after the employee noticed the bottle missing and checked the video surveillance tape. the crime is reported to have occurred about 8:10 p.m. on Tuesday December 4, 2012.
