Buffalo Grove police responded about 3:02 a.m. Saturday to the 1100 block of Mill Creek Drive. Police discovered a vehicle — possibly a black Chrysler convertible crashed into a tree. Police discovered a male — possibly a passenger — walking in the area, and transported him to Buffalo Grove Police Department Headquarters. The driver’s parents arrived on the scene of the crash and told police that their son had walked home. Police responded to the home, but the male driver fled again and was not home.
Buffalo Grove Police are investigating.
