Injury Crash with Lanes Blocked in Both Directions at Lake Cook Rd, Just West of Arlington Heights Rd

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 9:00 p.m. to a personal injury crash on Lake Cook Rd, just west of Arlington Heights Road. Police arrived to find lane blockage in both directions across Lake Cook Road. Westbound Lake Cook Road was totally blocked at Arlington Heights Road.

A female in a Kia was reported injured.

Expect traffic delays in the area. The crash involved a silver Olds Alero with heavy front-end damage, and a red Kia Spectra with heavy front end damage.

Buffalo Grove police assisted Arlington Heights police on Lake Cook Road.
