Schaumburg police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 11:08 a.m. Sunday to a report of an injured 2-year-old female at a house in the 500 block of West Weathersfield Way. The female was transported to an area hospital by Schaumburg firefighter/paramedics. An adult male was transported to Schaumburg Police Department for investigation. Police investigation was still underway at the house at 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
