Rear-End Crash and DUI Arrest at Arlington Heights Rd and Checker, Buffalo Grove

Buffalo Grove police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 5:48 p.m. Wednesday to a rear-end collision in the southbound lanes of Arlington Heights Road near Checker. Police reported heavy front-end damage to one of the vehicles. A driver near this crash scene — presumably involved in the crash — was arrested DUI and transported to Buffalo Grove Police Department Headquarters.

No word on whether any victims were transported to the hospital.

Long Grove Fire Protection District firefighter/paramedics assisted Buffalo Grove firefighter/paramedics on the crash.
