Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:00 p.m. Tuesday of a solicitor complaint/suspicious incident complaint in the 1700 block of North Fernandez Avenue. Police received a report that two men wearing yellow windbreakers — that stated they were from Com Ed and ICS Energy — were not credible. The resident also reported that one of the males stood too close to the resident at the front door.
The males were described as a male/black and a male/Hispanic.
