Criminal Damage to Property at Holiday Inn on Algonquin, Rolling Meadows

Rolling Meadows police responded about 3:10 a.m. Wednesday to a report of criminal damage to property at the Holiday Inn in the 3400 block of Algonquin Road. Police received a report that three subjects damaged the fence to the pool.

Rolling Meadows police were investigating and identified an 18-year-old suspect that lived in Arlington Heights. Rolling Meadows requested Arlington Heights police contact the suspect or his parents at home and instruct them to bring the son to the police or respond to the Holiday Inn to pay for damages.

Arlington Heights police at about 4:00 a.m. Wednesday contacted the father at home, who called Rolling Meadows for instructions.
