Buffalo Grove police responded about 11:40 p.m. Thursday to a report of vehicle burglary that just occurred in the 100 block of Toulon Drive. Police received a report that the victim first heard his car alarm activated. The offender smashed the window of the victim’s vehicle and fled in a medium-sized black vehicle. The vehicle was last seen headed toward Marseilles Circle.
