Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:19 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a 16-year-old male injured when he fell off a moving pickup truck. Witness at the scene said the teen fell off the truck while riding in the rear parking lot. The witness said he appeared to have a head injury.
The teen was transported to Northwest Community Hospital.
Arlington Heights police are investigating. The driver’s Ford 4-wheel drive pickup truck was towed to a police holding area for investigation.
