Buffalo Grove police received a report about 1:58 p.m. Monday of a suspicious incident in the 700 block of MacArthur Drive. Police received a report that three men arrived in an older model beatup white van. A resident wasn’t expecting anyone, but the men walked up to the house and rang the doorbell. The resident did not answer the door, but the men communicated that they wanted to get into the backyard to measure the backyard.

The men were described as two male/Hispanics and an older male/white. The incident is reported to have occurred about 1:45 p.m. to 1:50 p.m. Monday

Police checked the area just northwest of Dundee Road and Buffalo Grove Road, but did not find the subjects. A similar incident occurred last week at another address.
