Vehicle Windows Shot Out on Forest Place, 3 Suspects Caught on Melinda Ln, Buffalo Grove

Buffalo Grove police responded about 12:18 a.m. Saturday to a report of criminal damage to vehicle in the 100 block of Forest Place. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders shot out three windows on vehicle(s?) parked on the street.

The offending vehicle was described as a silver Acura last seen northbound on Forest Place.

About 12:23 a.m. Buffalo Grove police were committed to a traffic stop about one-half mile away on Melinda Lane. Police reported they had three suspects in custody.

Police were also checking on possible additional vehicles damaged by BB gun shots. Windows were also reported broken out on a Buick Century at Weidner and Bernard.
